Kinplus was built to fill a gap. Not to add noise to an already crowded industry, but to offer something more clear, more honest, and more useful. That's still the goal.


I've always believed that the best coaches never stop learning. I apply that to myself the same way I apply it to the people I work with. The programming I'm putting out now is sharper than it was a year ago. Not because what I was doing was wrong, but because I kept asking better questions.


That process of learning is exactly what shaped the next version of small group training at Kinplus.


This past weekend I repainted and reorganized the studio. Fresh space, better flow, a few more upgrades on the way. It felt like the right move before relaunching, because the energy in the room matters.


Starting April 1st, group training relaunches with a structure I'm genuinely proud of. Each 7-week block is built around a simple idea: to do more, you have to first move better. We start with the foundation, the movement patterns that carry everything else, and build from there, week by week.


You can join in studio, where the group stays small (capped at 8) and the coaching is real. Or, for the first time, you can access the full program through the Kinplus HubFit app. Same programming, same progressions, same ability to connect with me directly, just on your own schedule, wherever you are.


This isn't a reinvention. It's a refinement. And I think you'll feel the difference.
