Led by a Registered Kinesiologist and University Head Coach, we apply the same evidence-based principles used to train elite athletes to your personal health, longevity, and fitness goals. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to reserve all sessions and must be kept on file. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that life happens — your first late cancellation or no-show is on us. However, repeated occurrences will result in a charge equal to the full session rate. No-shows without notice will be treated the same as a late cancellation. This policy exists to respect the time of our trainers and fellow clients. Consistency is the foundation of your results — and ours.
