Service Description
High-efficiency training designed to skip the fluff and focus on what works. We use a 45-minute "no-filler" format to prioritize the essential strength and mobility work your body actually needs. Led by a Registered Kinesiologist and University Head Coach. We take the same evidence-based principles used to train elite athletes and apply them to your personal health, longevity, and fitness goals. Clinical expertise meets high-performance methodology. 10-Session Progress Blocks (to ensure consistency). Registered Kinesiology is often covered by extended health benefits.
