For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how the body reacts and adapts to stress. As a national-class youth athlete, I always wanted to know more—more about my training, more about how it was shaping my body, and more about how I could push my limits. I devoured any resources I could find that helped me understand these concepts. That curiosity wasn’t just a phase; it grew with me, leading me into university and eventually shaping my career.
In university, as I studied Kinesiology, I began to apply what I was learning to coaching adult athletes. It was a pivotal time. I was able to merge my academic knowledge with the wisdom I’d picked up from coaches and athletes over the years. It was then that I realized how powerful the combination of theory and practice could be. This was when I began building the professional competence that would later define my work as a Registered Kinesiologist.
Since 2009, I’ve been privileged to coach youth and adults alike, including the opportunity to lead two university athletics programs at Brock University. Coaching in these capacities has only deepened my understanding of how the body moves, reacts, and adapts in the real world. This hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, equips me in a way that few can offer. It allows me to provide top-tier Kinesiology services to my community, helping clients maximize their potential.
At the core, my passion remains the same—it’s about movement, adaptation, and unlocking the body’s full potential. Whether coaching athletes or working as a Registered Kinesiologist, my goal is simple: to help others move better, feel better, and perform better.
