A focused 60-minute clinical session tailored for athletes, active individuals, and rehab clients. Grounded in movement science, this treatment combines targeted deep tissue work, myofascial release, and sports massage techniques to alleviate pain, restore joint range of motion, and accelerate recovery. Every session begins with a brief functional movement assessment to target the root cause of your tightness or performance bottlenecks—ensuring you get treatment specific to your body's demands.
Cancellation Policy
Massage Therapy Policy & Billing Payment and receipts Full online payment secures your time slot. While we do not offer direct billing, your official RMT receipt will be emailed automatically after treatment is completed for easy self-submission to your extended health provider. Per CMTO regulations, insurance receipts can only be issued once physical treatment has taken place. Cancellations and rescheduling We require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. You can manage your booking online up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late changes and missed visits We understand life happens. Everyone gets one grace period for a first missed visit or late cancellation without charge. Following that, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely will be charged the full session fee. Insurance guidelines for missed visits Under CMTO professional standards, insurance receipts cannot be issued for missed appointments or cancellation fees under any circumstances. Any late fees must be paid out-of-pocket and cannot be submitted to your insurance provider. First-time clients Please complete the digital intake form attached to your booking confirmation prior to your session, or arrive 5 minutes early to fill it out at the studio.
