If you’ve followed me for a while, you probably know I care deeply about movement, strength—and occasionally go down rabbit holes on geology, quantum mechanics, or whatever random historical fact grabs my attention that day.


But maybe you’re still wondering: What does Kinplus actually do—and how is it different from a clinic, a gym, or an online program?

I started Kinplus because I saw a gap. Most people aren’t lazy or unmotivated—they’re busy, overwhelmed, and unsure who to trust. I wanted to create a space that cuts through the noise, gives people a plan they actually understand, and supports them to stick with it.


I’m a Registered Kinesiologist who works through the lens of a coach. I’ve got skin in the game—and that gives me a unique edge when it comes to helping people move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.
