After purchase, you will be emailed an intake form and steps on creating a 4-5 day food log Intake form along with food log is returned for analysis before the initial consultation 1:1 consultation via Zoom to provide detail on: - Full explanation of my understanding of your health/fitness concerns - Explanation on how your current nutritional habits may be hindering your goals - Detailed description on the next step(s) in working towards your goals - Food examples where necessary (meal, snacks, training fuel) - PDF summary of our discussion - Email follow up
