Outdoor classes are limited to 25 participants.
Classes offer a fun atmosphere that takes an educational approach by incorporating the latest in sport science and physical literacy. Safely and effectively increase athleticism and strength.
Classes are 45 min and can include:
- Dynamic Warm-Ups
- Mobility Routines
- Circuit Training
- Traditional Strength Training
- Dumbbell Combos & Complex's
- Postural Strength Circuits
- Agility and Speed Drills
- Running Circuits*
