Practice yoga in a way that supports athletic performance and recovery. This 60 min class is a blend of Yin Yoga (slow, deep stretching) and Restorative Yoga (supported, restful poses) with self-massage techniques to enhance passive recovery. Improve flexibility, reduce inflammation, minimize injury, and reduce DOMS with yoga designed for active, high-performing bodies. No yoga experience required. Bring a blanket, bolster or pillow, and foam roller (optional). Yoga Tune Up Therapy balls provided.
