Summer training fee for coaching by Kevin Moore, R.Kin - Run program and full coaching support from May to August. - 2-3 in person workouts per week + optional training run meet-ups - Regular check-ins if you're not in Niagara for the summer - Strength program included - Open gym time at Kinplus Kinesiology Studio.
