Good luck to all of the athletes participating in the Columbus Race! Rest weeks can serve us in two ways: act as a way to absorb the training we have providing a supercompensation effect and enhancing fitness. Secondly they can help us sharpen and/or taper for an upcoming event. The result is a fresh, light feeling on race day!
