Strength & Conditioning Classes
Kinplus Strength & Conditioning classes aim to deliver a well-rounded menu of exercise for the everyday someone looking to improve movement, athleticism and strength. These sessions take a movement based approach to strength training. Layering on progressive elements that build into each other, resulting in a complete, evidence based exercise routine.

- A comprehensive dynamic warm-up that primes the central nervous system, develops balance and promotes mobility.
- An effective main set that develops strength and extends the work capacity of your body.
- Proper demonstration and instruction of these archetypes: Squatting and Hinging, Brace Rotating and Reaching, Pushing and Pulling.
- Postural Strength (Core) training baked within the class: making shapes and enduring them.

Youth FUNdamentals for Performance
It's impossible to build a sound structure without a strong foundation. The foundation for developing an athlete is physical literacy - movement ABC's. Everything starts there. Movement skills before specific sport skills.
We meet after school on Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:45 pm. Participants are youth (14-17) athletes looking to increase their sport performance.

Hatha Yoga
A traditional 60-min yoga practice with longer holds in postures. These classes focus on specific areas of the body and build to a peak pose while keeping whole body alignment at the forefront.
