Kinplus group fitness classes offer a fun atmosphere to effectively increase athleticism and strength. 

Classes are 45 minutes and the training menu includes:
  • Dynamic Warm-Ups​ & Mobility Routines
  • Circuit (HIIT, Tabata) & Strength Training
  • Plyometrics, Agility and Speed Drills
  • Postural Strength (Core) Training
