Core Fusion
Elevate your fitness with Core Fusion—an integrated blend of Pilates, yoga, barre, and strength training. Strengthen your core, enhance stability, and improve flexibility under expert guidance. Achieve better posture, balance, and functional strength in a harmonious fusion of techniques. Unleash your potential for a stronger, more agile you.

Strength Training for Women
Strength Training for Women is a six-week small group personal training program that will teach you how to lift free weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get lasting results from your workout sessions. Learn in a supportive, non-judgmental, and fun environment with other women just like you. This series is kept to a max of 6 members so that you get individualized attention to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly and that you meet your goals. Suitable for those new to strength training.

Yoga For Athletic Recovery
Practice yoga in a way that supports athletic performance and recovery. This 60 min class is a blend of Yin Yoga (slow, deep stretching) and Restorative Yoga (supported, restful poses) with self-massage techniques to enhance passive recovery. Improve flexibility, reduce inflammation, minimize injury, and reduce DOMS with yoga designed for active, high-performing bodies. No yoga experience required. Bring a blanket, bolster or pillow, and foam roller (optional). Yoga Tune Up Therapy balls provided.
Gentle Fit
Experience tailored fitness for seniors – a gentle, low-impact class enhancing overall well-being through strength, light cardio, balance, and mobility exercises. Using dumbbells and resistance bands, gently engage muscle groups, incorporating heart-healthy low impact cardio. With safety in mind, modifications and seated options are provided. Join us to stay active, reduce fall risks, and enjoy the benefits of movement in a senior-friendly group fitness setting!
